Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Periods

All Sculptures (excluding fiberglass)	Covered for 2 years from the original purchase date.
Fiberglass Sculptures	Covered for 1 year from the original purchase date.
Parts – Lighting Components	Covered for 1 year from the original purchase date.
Parts – Electric Rotating Machinery	Covered for 1 year from the original purchase date.
Parts – Fountain Pumps	Covered for 1 year from the original purchase date.

 

Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty applies to sculptures manufactured by David Sculpture, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the specified duration from the date of purchase.During the warranty period, David Sculpture, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any sculpture or component that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

What Is Covered:

Structural Integrity: Cracks, breaks, or other stability issues caused by defects in material or craftsmanship.

Material Defects: Flaws in stainless steel, marble, bronze, fiberglass, or other materials that compromise the sculpture’s aesthetic or functional quality.

Workmanship: Faulty carving, casting, or assembly that adversely affects the sculpture’s appearance or durability.

(Please note that metal and stone finishes may exhibit minor, natural imperfections inherent in the raw materials, as well as variations in color and texture. These variations may not exactly match the samples or renderings provided to the Buyer during consultation. As all sculptures are hand-crafted, small imperfections in the finish may occur as a natural and unavoidable characteristic of the fabrication process. Furthermore, natural aging processes may affect the appearance and color of unpainted or non-powder-coated metals, including but not limited to the patinas on bronze. Such variations are not considered defects.)

 

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

1.Expired Warranty

Products that are beyond the stated warranty period.

2.Improper Handling or Use

Any damage caused by mishandling, dropping, improper installation, or other artificial/intentional damage.

3.Natural Disasters

Damage resulting from events such as lightning, floods, earthquakes, fires, or other acts of nature.

4.Environmental Conditions

Damage due to prolonged exposure to harsh weather, extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive chemicals.

5.Normal Wear and Tear

Natural aging effects such as patina formation on bronze, tarnish, surface scratches, or minor discoloration over time. For copper and stainless steel products, changes in color or finish are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty.

6.Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications

Any repair, alteration, or modification performed by a third party not authorized by David Sculpture.

 

Claim Process

Notification

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact David Sculpture at info@davidsculpture.com. Provide proof of purchase along with clear, detailed photographs of the defect or issue.

Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed, and if the defect is confirmed to fall under this warranty, David Sculpture will, at its discretion, repair or replace the sculpture or its defective parts.

If a confirmed quality issue requires repair, we will handle it in the following ways based on the severity of the problem:

Minor Issues
If the issue can be fixed through simple repairs (such as surface touch-ups, small parts, or finish adjustments), we will provide the necessary repair materials or components free of charge, and the shipping cost will also be covered by us.

Major Structural Problems
If the defect involves structural damage or requires professional intervention, we will cover the full cost of repair.
This includes:

arranging a qualified local technician, or

replacing the product if repair is not feasible,
and all related service and transportation expenses will be covered by us.

 

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by David Sculpture.

No employee, agent, dealer, or third party is authorized to modify, extend, or create any other warranty on behalf of David Sculpture.

 

Disclaimer

David Sculpture is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

The maximum liability of David Sculpture under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the sculpture
