1. Free Shipping (About 65-75 working days after upon receipt of the approved design)
David Sculpture offers free shipping on all orders within the United States, excluding unloading personnel and forklift services.
2. Expedited Shipping (About 35-45 working days after upon receipt of the approved design)
David Sculpture also offers expedited shipping for rush sculpture orders and deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and other countries, subject to an additional shipping fee.
Expedited orders will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other express carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Attention: Expedited shipping incurs an additional fee and is available only for small sculptures. For a detailed quote on expedited shipping costs, please contact us. We will provide a quotation within one business day, based on the dimensions of the product and the shipping address.

Package Method
Metal and fiberglass sculptures are securely packed in wooden crates, while marble sculptures are encased in wooden frames for protection. David Sculpture takes every precaution to ensure that each custom masterpiece is flawless and delivered without damage.

Standard Free Shipping
Upon receipt of payment, we will process your order within 24-48 hours and provide a detailed CAD drawing of your sculpture for production approval.
Once we receive your approval, production will begin within 24-48 hours and will be completed within 30-35 working days.
Once the product is completed, we will send you finished pictures for approval. Packaging and shipping will commence only after we receive your confirmation.Typically, the delivery time is around 35-40 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the delivery details via email.
Expedited Shipping
Upon receipt of payment, we will process your order within 24-48 hours and provide a detailed CAD drawing of your sculpture for production approval.
Once we receive your approval, production will begin within 24-48 hours and will be completed within 25-30 working days.
Once the product is completed, we will send you finished pictures for approval. Packaging and shipping will commence only after we receive your confirmation.Typically, the delivery time is around 10-15 working days.

NOTE:
Due to the custom nature of our products, please be aware that production and delivery times are estimates.
All products, including in-stock items, will not be shipped without your approval. Please respond to our confirmation email as soon as possible.
Delivery Instructions
Freight carrier shipments are delivered curbside Monday to Friday.
Freight deliveries require an appointment, and the carrier will contact you in advance to coordinate the delivery time, ensuring that someone is available to sign for the goods upon arrival.So you will receive a call from the freight carrier to confirm the delivery time, typically 24 hours in advance.
Missed calls or failure to return calls from the delivery company may result in delays. Any delays caused by the carrier's inability to reach you, or refusal/delay on your part, may incur storage and re-delivery fees. You will be responsible for any fees charged by the freight carrier. Therefore, please be sure to stay updated on the shipping status and answer calls promptly to avoid any delays.
About unloading : Deliveries are made curbside only, and the driver will not assist in moving items to your home. You must have 3-4 capable individuals on hand to help unload the sculpture. If there is an overhang, the lift gate cannot be used, so extra assistance will be needed to manage the crate.Please note that we do not provide installation services.
About white-glove: We do not provide white-glove service free of charge. If you require this service, please contact us, and we will provide a quotation within 24-48 hours.
About Inspect: Please open the package and inspect the goods immediately upon delivery in the presence of the courier. If any damage is found, please note it clearly on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing, and take photos and videos of the damaged area from at least four different angles.Please report any damage along with the photos to us within 1-3 business days for proper resolution. If the package is signed for and we do not receive a damage report within1 to 3 business days, we will assume the goods were delivered in good condition.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement (excluding payment obligations) if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, embargos, sanctions, civil unrest, labor strikes or lockouts, acts of government or customs authorities, port congestion, transportation delays, or shortages of materials or labor (each, a “Force Majeure Event”).
In the case of a Force Majeure Event affecting the import or delivery of goods, the affected party shall notify the other party in writing as soon as reasonably practicable, providing details of the nature and expected duration of the event. The obligations of the affected party shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and the time for performance shall be extended accordingly.
If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party, without liability, except for any obligations that accrued prior to the Force Majeure Event. Buyer will be responsible for any cost of collection including court costs and attorney fees.
