At David Sculpture, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following terms for a smooth and efficient process.
For non-quality related returns, order cancellations, or changes after production has started, a Restocking Fee will be applied. This fee helps cover material costs and labor already incurred.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Please note that metal and stone finishes may exhibit minor, natural imperfections inherent in the raw materials, as well as variations in color and texture. These variations may not exactly match the samples or renderings provided to the Buyer during consultation. As all sculptures are hand-crafted, small imperfections in the finish may occur as a natural and unavoidable characteristic of the fabrication process. Furthermore, natural aging processes may affect the appearance and color of unpainted or non-powder-coated metals, including but not limited to the patinas on bronze. Such variations are not considered defects.
Please take note of the following important details:
1.Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.
All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. To be eligible for a return, the return must comply with our specified return policy.
2.Items that meet the following conditions are non-returnable:
Customized products are non-returnable due to their unique nature.
Items returned without prior authorization.
Items that have been altered or installed.
Items that are not in their original packaging.
Items that are not in resalable condition.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, please pay attention to the following important details:
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
Non-returnable Items:Custom and special orders cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs: If the return is due to the consumer's decision, the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost will depend on the courier company selected. However, we are happy to assist with shipping logistics upon request.
In the event that the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not be liable for the return shipping costs. Upon submission of the return request, we will provide the return address via email.
Condition of Items:Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. In the event of damage, David Sculpture reserves the right to assess a reasonable fee for restoration.
About return:
Please be aware that this is an international transaction, and it would be unfair to customers who incur high return shipping costs for these sculptures. We hope to maintain open communication should any unforeseen circumstances arise.
All items undergo a thorough quality check before being dispatched for delivery. However, despite our best efforts, occasional errors may still occur.
If the item you receive is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on our part, we will do our utmost to resolve the issue.
Refund
If your return is approved, you will receive your refund within approximately 10 business days, depending on the issuer's processing time. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. A flat fee of 40% of the original purchase price will be deducted from all returned products.
Products returned without prior authorization, sent to the wrong location, or deemed damaged or unsellable will incur additional fees, which will be deducted from your final refund.
Damaged &Quality Issues
NOTE:
Upon delivery, you are required to promptly inspect the goods for any damage before signing the delivery receipt or proof of delivery.
If you find any damage, you may either refuse the delivery or note “Damaged goods” on the Proof of Delivery (POD). Please AVOID writing “Manufacture Defect”, as this may affect the shipping claim process.
We thoroughly inspect both the quality and packaging of each product before it leaves our facility to ensure there are no defects and that it will not be damaged during transit. If any of the items ordered are damaged during transit, incorrectly shipped, or defective due to faulty materials or manufacturing.You must notify us in writing via email at info@davidsculpture.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Damaged Products:
1.If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via email at info@davidsculpture.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Be sure to include at least 3-4 clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Our customer service team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps, including repair, exchange, or return.
2.The product must remain unused and in the condition it was when received.
3.Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging.
4.The return must be completed within 14 days of receiving the item.
Quality-Related Issues:
1.If the delivered product is confirmed to have quality defects or arrives damaged, we will offer replacement parts, free repair service, or a full replacement, depending on the condition of the product.
2.If you notice any problems with the product, please reach out to us at info@davidsculpture.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include at least 3-4 clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will assist you with the exchange process.
3.The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
4.The item should be returned in its original packaging.
Cancellation Policy
Please take extra care when placing your order to ensure all details, including dimensions and design, are accurate and to your satisfaction. We accept cancellations only before the product is shipped or produced.
If the order drawings have not been confirmed, you will receive a full refund.
If you request a cancellation when the product is near completion and it is no longer feasible to cancel, a 40% restocking fee will be applied.
Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.
NOTE: The policies in this section apply only to merchandise purchased through www.davidsculpture.com. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased from any retail store or third-party website.
