2. Custom & Commissioned Projects

For commissioned sculptures or custom projects, David Sculpture retains full intellectual property rights over all preliminary sketches, conceptual designs, 3D models, molds, prototypes, and final artworks.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to display, use, and promote their commissioned sculpture for personal, business, or institutional purposes.

Transfer of intellectual property rights (including copyrights or design rights) is not automatic and requires a separate written agreement and additional compensation.

3. Trademarks & Brand Identity

The brand name David Sculpture, our trade dress, product names, logos, and any associated visual identity elements are registered and unregistered trademarks owned by our company.

Any unauthorized use, imitation, or misrepresentation of our trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Client Responsibilities & Third-Party Rights

Clients must ensure that any materials, images, or design references they provide to David Sculpture for a custom order do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

David Sculpture will not be held liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from client-supplied materials that violate third-party intellectual property.

5. Licensing & Limited Use

Visitors to our website may view, share, or reference our works for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided proper credit is given to David Sculpture and no modifications are made.

Commercial use of our images, product photographs, or design files without prior written authorization is strictly forbidden.

Educational or media use (press releases, academic works, exhibitions) requires explicit written permission.

6. Enforcement & Remedies

David Sculpture actively monitors and enforces intellectual property rights worldwide.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or infringement may result in immediate legal action, including claims for damages, injunctions, and recovery of legal costs.
