The $200 design deposit will be fully refunded within 4–5 business days after you place the order. If you decide not to proceed with the order, this deposit will be non-refundable as it covers the custom design preparation.
Since this is a custom sculpture project, our team will need to create a new 3D model and prepare the dimension drawing based on your requirements. This process usually takes 2–3 business days, and we will send it to you as soon as it is completed.

Share your requirements such as size, material, and placement. Our design team prepares sketches or 3D renderings, along with an initial quotation and estimated timeline.
Design & Confirmation
Improve and adjust design details through continuous communication.
Once you place the order, we’ll prepare the final drawings for your approval.
Production & Approval
The sculpture is handcrafted through carving, casting, or forging, followed by surface finishing. Photos and videos of the finished products are submitted for approval before shipment.
Packaging & Delivery
Each sculpture is carefully packed in the custom wooden crate.
We handle international shipping, provide tracking, and include installation guidance plus after-sales support.
